We use the data to respond to enquiries and handle pre-contractual communications (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Anti-spam and security measures rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Service providers and recipients
Technical hosting and email providers may process the data. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions; this service may process browser and connection data under its own privacy notice. We do not use contact-form data for newsletters without a separate lawful basis.
Retention
Data is retained as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and for any additional period required by law. The specific retention periods for messages and technical logs must be confirmed by the controller before publication.
